M. Michelle Erich, Esq.
My Services
The Law Offices of M. Michelle Erich is a well-established and respected adoption law firm, serving ventura county for 27 years resolving issues involving minor children and parental rights. Since 1990, our firm focus has been on the welfare and rights of children, largely through guardianships and adoption planning. We are frequently retained to represent attorneys and their family members. Our excellent reputation is measured in part through the many referrals we receive from attorneys, former clients, social workers, and court personnel. Birth mothers and birth fathers often refer friends and family to us for fair and caring legal services!
We serve a large number of clients in California and throughout the United States with birth mothers and adoptive parents nationwide using our services.
Michelle Erich is available, at no charge, to speak to the staff and volunteers at social services organizations, pregnancy testing facilities, maternity homes, and teen pregnancy programs throughout California. Our attorneys are also asked to speak to legal professionals on topics relating to adoption.
